Payments & Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit may be required before scheduling an installation.
- Full payment must be made upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements are made.
- Prices may change without notice due to supplier costs or other factors.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers may reschedule an installation with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee to cover preparation costs.
- If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.
Liability
- While we take every precaution during installation, Aussie CCTV is not liable for pre-existing issues with property cabling, electrical systems, or structures.
- Our responsibility is limited to the products and services we directly provide.
- We do not guarantee the prevention of all security breaches. CCTV and alarms act as deterrents, not absolute protection.
